Dollstown Dolls have an independent tension (elastic string) attachment configuration

In this configuration, different degrees of tension applies to different body parts, maximizing mobility.

Dollstown dolls have separate different degrees of elastic strings in the left arm to right arm, from the left leg to the neck, and from the right leg to the neck.

Therefore, moving one part of the doll’s body does not affect the tension in the others parts of the doll’s body, enabling more subtle and stable poses.
